Rental and Usage Terms
Each time you use Final website for renting photography equipment in Saudi Arabia, including camera lenses, photography backdrops, various photography lighting equipment, and other related items, you agree to comply with these Terms of Use, as amended from time to time, whether or not you are notified of such amendments.
In addition, if you use a specific service on this website, or access a service through this website, you will be subject to any rules or guidelines applicable to those services, which shall be incorporated by reference into these Terms of Use.
Rental Terms Through Final Website
Article One: Rental Period and Late Return
- The rental period for photography equipment is 24 hours from the time specified in the invoice.
- If the equipment is returned more than two hours after the specified time, a late fee equal to 50% of the invoice value will be charged.
- If the equipment is returned 6 hours or more after the specified time, a full additional rental day will be charged.
- If you wish to extend the rental period, you must contact Customer Service to confirm availability.
- If there is another booking for the equipment and it is not returned on time, a late penalty of 20% of the daily rental value will be charged for each day, in addition to the applicable extension fees.
- The rental period is calculated from the time specified in the order. Any delay in collecting the equipment is counted as part of the rental period. In case of early collection, the rental period will be calculated from the actual collection time.
Article Two: Equipment and Guarantee
- Upon receiving the equipment, the renter shall be fully responsible for the equipment and its safe use.
- If the equipment is lost, delayed, or returned damaged by another customer before your rental date, we may ask you to accept alternative equipment, or you may request a refund.
- If you receive photography equipment and find that it is not working or has any damage, you must contact us directly or message us via WhatsApp at the same time of receiving the equipment, and provide proof through a video so that we can replace the equipment if possible or issue a refund.
- If you return any rented equipment, such as cameras, lenses, photography backdrops, camera stands, or photography lighting equipment, in a damaged condition, the cost of repairing the damage or replacing the damaged accessories, whichever is lower, will be charged.
- The renter is responsible for returning the equipment in the same condition in which it was received, ensuring that the devices are clean and properly assembled.
- If the equipment is exposed to mud, sand, or any other materials that require special cleaning attention, such as tape or glitter, additional cleaning fees ranging from SAR 100 to SAR 500 will apply.
- If the equipment is completely lost, you will be responsible for its full value, and you must pay the full amount due as the replacement cost of the equipment.
- We reserve the right to claim compensation and escalate the matter to the competent authorities. You shall be responsible for any losses incurred by us due to delayed payment, and you agree to pay all collection and litigation costs at your own expense in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- If you return the rented equipment with missing items, you will be responsible for the replacement value of the missing accessories or equipment.
- If the missing equipment or accessories are later found and returned to us, any amounts charged to you will be refunded within a period not exceeding 3 days.
- You may be required to approve a promissory note or pay a cash security deposit, the value of which will be determined based on the rented equipment.
Article Three: Payment and Cancellation Policy
- Full advance payment is required for all rental orders. Unpaid orders will not be delivered or handed over.
- After the order is accepted, the full invoice amount must be paid to confirm the booking and avoid automatic cancellation.
- If the order is cancelled or postponed less than 48 hours before the booking time, the amount will not be refunded.
- If the order is cancelled or postponed at least 48 hours before the booking time, the amount will be added to the electronic wallet on the website, and cash refunds are not available.
- Unpaid orders will be automatically cancelled two hours after the electronic payment link is sent.
- No amount will be refunded if any equipment is not used or if the renter does not know how to use it.
Final professional photography equipment rental platform shall comply with the terms of the rental agreement, without prejudice to the renter’s right to rent photography equipment during the term of this agreement.
